Commercial Pricing
ionForge product pricing is simple. There are no separate server and client prices. Licensing is on a per user basis and the ionForge Document Server is free to use with your client license purchases.
When you buy a product from us, your first year of technical support and maintenance is included, which includes email and phone support.

Free Evaluation
ionForge Evolution is free to use for up to 10 users as an evaluation. The Evolution evaluation is fully functional with the exception of encryption, which is disabled. The 10 user evaluation lasts for 30 days. After 30 days, the license may be converted to the free personal edition license.

Contact one of our customer representatives if you require a license that permits more than 10 users to effectively judge if Evolution is right for your organization. Technical support is also available for special trial licenses.

Support & Maintenance
With your license purchase, one year of technical support and maintenance is always included. Each year thereafter, the fee is $100/user.
Support means you have access to our knowledgeable, full-time technical staff to help you maximize your use of Evolution.
Maintenance means that you are provided with free updates to Evolution, as well as upgrades. With an active maintenance contract, whenever a new version of Evolution (i.e., version 2 to 3) is released, you may upgrade to it completely free of charge.

Educational Usage
ionForge believes in promoting the study of Computer Sciences and we do our part by providing educational discounts.
We realize the requirements of large educational institutions may be unique, so please contact us regarding technical support, installation, and training.
